A weekend packed with bouldering. Boulderbaas festival celebrates our love of bouldering and is organised by STICHTING BOULDERBAAS. Boulderbaas aims to stimulate and further develop bouldering so many people can experience the joy of bouldering. If you're a climber you don't want to miss this!
The festival includes a competition with 30 qualification boulders in all levels. You have the whole weekend to top as many boulders as possible. The best 6+6 climbers qualify for the finals on Sunday late afternoon. Finals are in Worldcup format with 3 boulders.
Optional extras: an overnight stay at Camping Radium, including breakfast, can be booked separately.
This festival is not for profit and we try to keep it as accessible as possible. Different ticket options are available. Check all options via the booking module on the Radium Boulders website. The ticket button below takes you there. Once you've purchased your ticket via the Radium event website you can use the ticket code to sign up for the workshops below.
Register for workshops once you've received your tickets. Your ticketcode is in the email you received from us shortly after buying the ticket and will look something like a12B3CDeFG. If you bought tickets for multiple people you can book workshops for each ticket. Please note that some workshops overlap and can't be done at the same time. Check this yourself and give yourself logical schedule! All activities are in Dutch or English, depending on whether there are non-Dutch participants.

WHY THIS FESTIVAL?
This festival is a kick-starter for us. It activates us, and we use it to show who we are and what we do. For example it pushed us to make this website. If you like what we do and you recognize yourself in our values, please get involved!
CAN I BE A VOLUNTEER DURING THE FESTIVAL?
Yes please! We can use your help with all kinds of things and activities. Think about registration for the competition, checking in people for each workshop, keep everyone safe on the campsite, brushing holds in the finals, serving dinner, help artists and visitors in the creative market, there is so much to do! As a volunteer we expect you to help three to five hours and in return you get free access to the whole festival. That includes dinner on Saturday evening. If that sounds like a good deal to you, you can book a volunteer ticket and we will be in touch to discuss details.
